Thank you for sharing your knowledge Atty. Reagan! Your explanations are as clear as the sun. 😊 I have a question on the donor's tax portion on general v. Specific repudiation. What if there are only 2 heirs in the decedent's estate and the other made a general repudiation. Is it not that the other heir will eventually inherit his portion making the general repudiation repudiation a specific one as the "donee" is specified hence the one who repudiated will be liable for donor's tax?
