No, they have watched this episode with subtitles. You can tell because one of them describes the characters' callsigns (Demon, Athlete etc.). Its just the video we are seeing ourselves that doesn't have the subs.

I'm actually inclined to agree: The hallway fight scene in ep 2 is probably one of _the_ best firefights put to camera period. The wardrobe fight in Ep 3 and 4 is damn good too, but I'd probably still give it to the hallway fight scene.
