Sick run idd! I've had my fastest 3rd boss kill with a similar build, tho it wasn't close to this :D In regards to videos, I get that you don't want to just do repeats. I personally really enjoy your commentary and hearing your decision-making process more than just watching a let's play. Guides, challenge runs and analysis videos like the hypothetical talents/magical object one you mentioned would be great, even if there's no daily upload. It would be too bad if you burned yourself out on this before the full release, so make videos at your own pace. I for one will be watching all of them :) Dunno if you want to do videos for other games, but I'd be interested. Take care!

Wow I really appreciate this comment, I think taking some time to work on guides and other interesting ideas and not focusing on getting a run out each day would be helpful for my long term with this, especially with less time to record and edit right now. I might look at doing some videos for other games but probably not until after the full release of ravenswatch, I think I'd want to get as many guides up to help new players coming to the game during that time. About video ideas, don't feel like you HAVE to stick to Ravenswatch all the time with no repeat builds. Branching out to other games is probably healthy for the channel long-term and staves off burnout, at least in the period between content updates. Also congrats on the job!

Thank you I really appreciate that! I probably will branch out with other games at some point, I think I'm just going to slow down on the daily runs and focus on some guides and other ideas (still going to put out runs though). I want to try and have all the character guides done before the 1.0 launch and after that I might look to cover some other games

The beauty of ravenswatch is if you focus on getting specific talents you can, but if you just pick talents that could help, and focus more on building your damage through other things, you can atill find a lot of success

Yeah in a lot of these I end up focusing my rerolls more on talents but some games I don't record I just take whatever and get some suprisingly good builds from magical objects

What an amazing and fun build! I definitely should try it too. Those Defense charges are even better than any other charges or CDs with that one talent filling all combo points! I feel like you should ban yourself from using Hope Diamond at all, not only first 2 chapters, you are too OP :D Last boss kinda gets oneshot in every video ha ha

Yeah murderous intent is one of her best abilities to me, helpful in almost every build of hers. And haha yeah I've thought about it, it's crazy how much of an impact it can still make even that late into a run

I had similar thoughts about devourer, until i got balors eye, and realized you can juat walk aroudn with 6 power charges and just dry eat anyone with no cooldown lol

You know I was playing a custom challenge with a friend and I had balors eye and a grandious shaping in the sandman shop in chapter 1 and was thinking that's the most ideal setup for devourer, seems like a crazy build once you get the charges

in the end where you counted the crit damage it was actually crit chance but whatever. good build and great playthrough! thanks

Oh I'm not sure if I corrected my thought process in the video or not. You're right I was counting crit chance but anything over 100% is added to your crit damage multiplier so I think I had like 260% crit chance meaning 160% was added to damage

Defense in wolf form has always given armor. It took me a long time to notice it too.

@@amousfrank9726 I think it's mainly because the wolf's ability descriptions aren't available before starting a run and when I started this game they didn't have the setting to stop the clock while in a menu so it would waste your time to read them. I realized it did lifesteal but I guess I never saw the armor until this run

I think the more quality content on this game the better as I'm gussing there's nobody on KZbin making money from covering this game so it's all from enjoyment. I would say if you think you'll get some enjoyment out of making videos then go for it, most of my IRL friends aren't as into games as me so I only have had a few people that I can really talk in depth about games to so having this channel where everyone shares the same interest in this game has been a cool experince that I don't normally get. It's also a good time to make content on this game to have something established before the full release. the lack of a wishing well feels very weird. its a really low chance not to get it in chapter 1 so i dont get why they dont just make it guaranteed, just throws the planning of some runs off completely

This build should help me to beat the game on hardest difficulty. I've tried Attack build, it's good but a bit harder and weaker imo. Also I've beaten it with Aladdin Attack build and Wukong Power build. Both very fun and strong. Now looking to beat hardest difficulty with every Hero. Could you recommend the best build for every other one of them please @Positive4ce?

Pied Piper - go for freezing trap + chorus + low notes + special charges/cooldown. Here's an example - kzbin.info/www/bejne/iGO0iKVrrNyEmrs Beowulf - I find him more challenging in the update but try draconic binds + eruption + double shock + battle cry. It's not a boss melter but it's pretty safeSparkling shield is also really good for staggering the final bosses. Example - kzbin.info/www/bejne/a5Ocg5yOl6iBask Snow Queen - Vulnerble is really good so go rupture + hailstorm + shattering blast + frost surge + radiant crown + power charges/cooldown. Example - kzbin.info/www/bejne/mZCbo3yqqMydhtE Melusine - I finder her special build to be the most consistent so go spring water + water communion + backwash + tidal wave + nightmare ichor. Does a bunch of stagger and can wipe out whole camps with one or two specials. Example - kzbin.info/www/bejne/rGGsk6eda9SAe8U Geppetto - this his kinda hard if you're not comfortable with geppetto but dummy ball + magnetic hammer + flux capacitor + heart ties + horn of plenty + ogre blood. If you can keep your shield on you, you'll be able to hit all dummies at once which does a lot. i think one of the worst ideas this had, was make the ONE rogue archetype character, a shapeshifter that transforms into warwick and plays more like a warrior for half the time. what if i just want to play with a rogue character? i guess i will go fuck myself then. it should have been two characters.

Yeah her gameplay style didn't really gel with me at first because by the time I was getting comfortable in one form it'd switch over to the other. Most people probably do this the other way around but I played a lot with shapeshifter first so that I could really learn both forms, then started taking the other starting talents.

one of her first 4 skills allows you to switch when you want between both forms, so you can technically JUST play her the whole run.......
