Probably one of the reasons why I started liking kpop and korean culture was because men there aren't afraid or ashamed to do what women do such as openly revealing that they use makeup and do skincare. @@henrynishimura4104 I use a few things. :D I like Tatcha's Deep Cleanse gently exfoliating cleanser, Water Cream oil-free moisturizer (my skin is oil-prone in the t-zone), and Sun Prise sunblock/primer combo in the morning before my makeup, then I use a mixture of coconut and jojoba oil to soften my makeup before I cleanse and follow the aforementioned steps again at night (minus the sunblock) along with Etude House Moistfull collagen cream and It's Skin Vitality formula, and twice a week I use MediHeal sheet mask.

One thing to note though is that Korean toners are different from western ones or just other toners. Traditionally from what I grew up with, toners usually have astringent to give you a second cleanse and remove any lingering residue on your skin. It feels dry and tight. Korean toners, however, do not have astringent and is used to rebalance the skin's naturally acidic pH after cleansing. Koreans have many names for their toners like softeners/refiners/treatment lotions, etc. They provide the base layer of hydration, replacing hydration that may have been lost during the cleansing process, start providing your skin with beneficial active ingredients, and prep the skin so it will be able to fully absorb the nutrients of the serums/ampoules/moisturizers that you apply next. I wish I could go through skincare shamelessly and workout also shamelessly. I just hide in my room with my daily routine everyday. I feel like the only escape would be to just live alone, however I don't think anyone this young is able to live alone. I always like to keep everything on a budget since I barely get any allowance from my parents, Im not the richest person you see... my mother who brought a lot of aging products for herself probably wasted up to 2k or more. When I went out shopping and place what I wanted to buy in the cart. I c joule always feel her look of glaze telling me "why did I need this?" and telling how expensive it was when I usually try to keep the price as low as possible($50) for 4 things. So there is defiantly some favoritism running in the family. It's the same for working out also. My family critiques me for never working out. All I do is lie around playing games(which I admit I do give myself that time to just relax) but little do they actually know that whenever i'm locked inside my own room I'm actually working out and studying my ass. they take me credit off than actually what I'm doing. maybe it's becUse of the fact whenever I play I'm usually sitting outside but when i'm in my room alone it's time to get serious. seriously my family is the dumbest EQ I've ever seen. they say things that could've manipatively hurt me mentally but after all these years of putting up with everyone I've either gotten used to it or stronger that i'm not that hurt but it anymore, i literally workout more than my brother who tells me off because elf my insecurities. anyways, thank you to whoever read this all the way. ♡︎♥︎
