I’ve been told I look like Hilary duff literally my entire life haha but just as heads up.. she’s aged well because she’s not old. People in the twenties need to realize that you don’t become an old lady by your 30s. I can tell you not much aging happened between 25 and 33 (my current age)

Since this appears to be a morning routine the fact that she didn’t cleanse is not that unusual really. Many people only cleanse once a day at the end of the day to remove makeup and sunscreen.

Agreed, but she does say that she sleeps with her face against pillow... if she doesn’t have a clean pillowcase every night, I think, it’s better to cleanse a little bit more than just toner... Well, just talking in general based on my experience, I do cleanse because God knows how dirty my pillowcase gets overnight cause of skin oils. I also change my pillowcase every 2 days...

I only cleanse at night. Just tone in the morning. It makes a huge difference in my oil production because my skin doesn’t get dehydrated and over produce.

Yes it’s true that you don’t have to cleanse in the morning. Hyram, James Welsh and Dr Dray all say if you don’t want to cleanse in the morning you can just splash water on your face. Whereas if it’s summer or if you have more oily skin, then it’s probably better to cleanse in the morning as well as the evening.

This is true, especially for dry skin. That being said, if you are a drooler or sleep with something like a diffuser or humidifier next to your bed, a simple gentle cleanser is a good idea.

Hey Hyram! I am such a big fan and I just wanted to say some things that could possibly help you and your channel! First of all I am not trying to criticize you in any way, shape, or form, I just think that these things could possibly help a lot!! So first of all, I feel like it would really help you out if you rebranded to something like selfcarebyhyram. Then you would be able to have a broader amount of videos and posts that could gain you more viewers, followers, and give you more content ideas. Heres some ideas of what I thought would be really good: - Beaty tools (rollers, ice, shaping tools) - Hair care (like shampoo, ,conditioner, hairspray/gel, and I also feel like doing certain heat protectant videos would be really helpful to help people like me be able to find the one that works best) - Body care (body wash, body polishes, pros and cons of scrubs, fragrance on skin) - Hair heat tools (Which flat irons/curling irons are the best (chi, Dyson, etc.) pros and cons of blowdryers, how to treat burns) - Makeup(foundations and spf, concealers, eyeshadows, blush, contour, highlight, bronzer, is the liquid better than powder, is a stick better than podwer? Brushes, etc. ) - Shaving (razors, mens vs women, shave gels, foams, aftershave) - Nighttime and morning routines (sleep schedules, hydration, bath time routines) These are just a few suggestions that I came up with and thank you agin IF you are reading this haha!

You should really check Sanitas Skin Care. As an esthetician I love it as a professional brand and a brand for my client to use at home! Products a swear by are the glycosolution 10% the vita k and the milk and honey cleanser.

I'm in shock she didn't use a face cleanser and just went in with a face toner. Face toners don't do much but a face cleanser is essential. Yeah, it's obvious for Hilary Duff genetics play a huge role in how good she looks. She looks really good without makeup for that matter. To be fair, fragrance is at 1% or less in that toner since it comes after the preservative which is usually at around 1% in most products. Also, if there is no water, no preservative is necessary.

I love Hillary Duff😍❤️ I'm same age as her and I loved lizzy mcquire! She is also the reason I've bleached my hair too many times when I was a teen😅 anyways I have to say I am pretty sure that she's stayed youthful with good genes, healthy lifestyle and she's taken good care of her skin (including all kind of treatments that are expensive, and good for her ❤️)

Can I just say two things. One: Not all of us have sensitive skin. *knocks on wood* and my skincare routine is very basic, but I have *never* had a reaction to any face products. If it has a fragrance and I like it - great. Two: I am 28. As I said, a very basic skincare routine, started with make up late, don't wear much of it etc. Olive skin, but lived in the northern hemispheres my entire life. The most I've used sun cream is an SPF50 probably somewhere in Asia on my shoulders, chest and cheeks. In Europe, I'll put on a SPF15/20 to aformentioned spots + arms and rest of my face if I'm actively going to sunbathe. I hardly ever burn and I have no fine lines, no wrinkles and get IDd to this day. I'm not saying that I might not look ancient by the time I'm 50 or advocating not to use sun cream, but based on myself and Miss Hilary, not wearing one does not necessarily mean you're going to age tenfold.

She did use Soleil SPF 30 sunscreen mist after she did her full makeup. Not sure if it makes a difference to use sunscreen before or after makeup application since I'm not a specialist, but I just wanted you to know that she did use it at the very end.
