I love my S-Works Roubaix dove white and orange color. Love the suspension button on the front and it really climb. Me being a woman 5ft and 120 pounds i can make my S-Work go 25 miles that’s fast for me. I can race those men with Spandex on the bike path. Love my S-Works. To me its fast and smooth ride and very light bike.

Be honest it's a test of you not the bike. They did all the simulated testing in the factory, the test of you happens out on the cobbles.

Good question. I was told at the launch that there's still the weight and responsiveness factor of the Tarmac when compared to the Roubaix which makes them continue to choose it

Even the cheapest model in the range is quite expensive and not super well equipped; Specialized is getting a little full of themselves.

Not to mention they somehow decided a riser road bar looks better than a regular one on a stem with a slightly higher angle or a slightly taller head tube. What did they smoke before designing it?

Man!!!! $12k dollars!!!!!!!! Man that’s way too expensive for any human being!!! Forget it!!!! The damn bike has to drive itself, make you coffee, massage your back and put you to sleep!!!!!! I see your excited and so is specialized mostly you have to be a very special person!!!! These bikes don’t hold their value too good, in about a couple of years even I an ordinary man could afford it at $2k.

what is the weight of new future shock cartridge and is it compatible with the previeus version? what is the weight of presented bike with pedals?

It’s about 250-300g and not backwards compatible since it’s a slightly different size

Does the 2.0 lock out completely? I mean, is there any give in the bars when you turn it right down?

It doesn't fully lock out, instead it's very very firm, a really hard impact still activates it a little. It's enough that it doesn't move when you're sprinting or climbing out of the saddle

@@roadcc perfect answer! Everything I want to know. I'm going to have to wait till FS 2.0 tech filters down to 105s. Di2 is far too dear for the likes of me. Also by that time we'll see what kind of longevity FS 2.0 has. I hope it's good! I'd love a multi tool of a bike! Thanks.

It’s not actually locked out, just really firm, that way a big impact can still activate it a little

Correct me if I'm wrong but 3:25 into the video, the top tube is cracked (It doesn't look like a reflection), issues already I see. Sorry but springs in the stem are a gimmick, an engineering failure. That's why there not done consistently, there's to much liability. Haha!!! Specialized fans will buy it. I bet the team wouldn't buy one if they weren't sponsored....

Maybe the bike is more "aero" or "lighter" or whatever you want, but "faster" it is not. All bikes are not "fast" in and of themselves but rather the person riding it is. Saying a bike is "fast" is a marketing ploy used to sell more bikes. That's not to say it isn't a nice bike, it is.
