Possibly because he's conniving and self-centered and mistreats his employees for the fun of it, but who cares about that, he's adorable. And he's being so much nicer than usual in this episode and all Drew can do is yell at him and tell him to go away. Poor guy, he finally seems to have found a little happiness in something other than bullying his employees and Drew just takes it away from him. Sure it's all for comedic effect, but I kind of want to smack Drew in this episode.

Kaite always looked hot with short hair but with long hair it looks good not great.
