Sir i am chinaman bowler and my friend is also chinaman bowler but he told me to bowl using three finger grip ( using index finger ,middle finger,ring finger and sometimes thumb) but I bowl from 2 finger grip ( index finger and middle finger and thumb) but he says that bowling from three finger is better but I can control and decently turn the bowl so should I do three finger grip or I should bowl from my 2 finger grip

Sir, मै right arm Pace बॉलर हूँ मुझे लगभग 7 महीना से left side मे lower back pain कभी होता हैं और कभी छुट जाता हैं। जब भी मै मैच खेलता हूँ और 2-3 ओवर डालता हूँ तो pain शुरु हो जाता हैं और हमको मैच के बाहर जाना पड़ता हैं। please sir कोई उपाय बताइये क्युकी फरवरी मे district लीग भी शुरु होने वाला हैं। मेरी age 17 year हैं।

Mien fast bowler hu. Or ek match mien mene extra effort lgayi thi fast bowling ki. Tbse drd bht zyada hogya hai. Or na hi mien matches miss kr parha hu. Q k team ka main bowler mien hu

@@CRICKETMYWORDS g bilkul bht dangerous situation pr agyi thi. Mien so bhi nhi pata tha. Even kamar bend nhi kr pata tha. Na mien workout kr parha aggressive. Mjhe bht pain hoti. Mien kitni der araam kru? To theek hoskta. Mjhe 1 sal hone wlaa hai. Or hr week continously khel rha hu. Mene 1 month rest kiya. But again hojati
