Kindly go through the explanation of section 18 you have said in case of the variations enumerated u/s 18 a contract can't be specifically enforced but the moral of the section is telling otherwise.. a contract can be specifically enforced if such variations as mentioned u/s 18 are there...plz don't mind just a friendly suggestion for rectifying human error
