Very valuable information .Thanks a lot. I want a suggestion...I and my 3 sisters have sold agricultural lands of 3 plots of same area whose Govt. record shows infavour of my late Father and Mother.But after selling the land some person came and shows that that land was already sold by my parents before 17 years. They did not do any record or mutation in their favour when we are selling the land. They[ previous buyer] do the record or mutation in favour of them AFTER 15-TO 20 DAYS .NOW I want to CANCEL the sell deed which I and my sisters have done and want to refund the total amount to our buyer.How to do this? Is it punishable offence by the court?Please discuss in detail.Please give your cont NO. so that I MAY CONSULT WITH YOU.If I purchase the land from my buyer again then does the problem be solved.Thanking you

Namashkar sir! I'm from Hyderabad. In 2015 i bought a flat in an appartment of six flats. The builder had permission for stilt for parking + 3 floors. The builder has not accorded equal UDS to 6 flat owners. The builder has constructed a 375 sft room kitchen at the stilt floor in 2015 itself which as per permit plan is unauthorised. And the same unauthorised portion sold to third party duly according UDS too. This we came to know recently. It's been 7 years now. Can I file civil case now?

Sir my father(plantiff) filed perpetual injunction suit against a defendant (for the defendant doesn’t enter into the plantiff property) but the suit is dismissed with costs now defendant saying to plantiff , you lost the case hence the you lost the rights over the property also is still plantifff have right over his property after loosing his perpetual injunction suit ,is he still haverights to transfer the property to sell or gift deed to his family person or not

Kiya gift deed ka eak hissa jo ladka parsan karta hai uska nam gift deed se cancel kiya ja sakta hai. WAH apni marji se registrar office Jane ke liya taiyar nahi hai.

My friend is died due to covid, he has one child having 2years, he constructed a house with taking some debts, when he passes away the creditors put pressure on his family, then his father decide to sale house with low cost, and put force on her, finally enter into agreement and taken 10laks advance before 10days... She is totally unhappy and don't have financial support to take care of her child... Is there any chance to cancel sale agreement with paying intrest of amount...

Sir, 1/10/1986, Revenu stamp paper par lagakar, 1999 mein registry bainama, 25/7/ 2013 ko bainama registry bhaiyon, or pariwar walo ne patric sampati ko bina bataye bech diya hai, mein ek saal se apne hisse ki jankari ke liye tehsil or zilla tehsil ke chakar lagakar paise barbad kar pareshan ho liya hu, zamin ka khatiyan no. Hai1879 ke bandobasat mein.plse, mere ko salah de, zamin vspis kaise lun, mera hissa kaise pata karoon. Bina case karein koi samadhan bataye, ADR (vidhic kendar se muft case karne ke liye koi madad moilegi ya nahi , thanks for giving better knolege.1

रजिस्ट्री के दौरान बैनामा में 11चैक दज किए जिनमें 7चैको पर दिनाक लेख की गई बाकी 5चैको मैं दिनाक नहीं लेख किया । बैनामा होने के बाद पैसा मागने पर पैसा नही दिया जिससे बैनामा कता ने आत्म हात्या कर ली कया बैनामा कैशिल होगा ? 11:16

सर हमारा प्रतिवादी आपत्ति में यह कह रहा है कि रामचंद्र व रंजीत 1/2 व 1/2 का मालिक थे रंजीत सिंह से 1/2 भाग 1987 में पृथी सिंह ने खरीद ली थी लेकिन रामचंद्र सिंह के स्थान पर किसी अन्य व्यक्ति को खड़ा करके व अपने पिता रंजीत सिंह का फर्जी मृत्यु प्रमाणपत्र वर्ष 1983 का बनवाया वह भी मृत्यु प्रमाणपत्र 1997 को जारी कराया वह भी मेरे बैनामे को असफल बनाने के मकसद से तथा रामचंद्र सिंह के स्थान पर अन्य व्यक्ति को खड़ा करके 2/3 का कूटरचइत दस्तावेज बनवाया तथा पहला नामांतरण धारा 34 का वाद 1998 में नायाब तहसीलदार से निरस्त होने के बाद व रामचंद्र सिंह की मृत्यु के बाद 7 वर्ष बाद दूसरा नामांतरण वाद धारा 34 न्यायालय तहसीलदार के यहां पर वर्ष 2003 में एकपक्षीय आदेश पारित करवा लिया तथा उसी के बाद से 2/3 भाग के बैनामे निष्पादित करा रहा प्रतिवादी। क्या सर 2/3 भाग का बैनामा निरस्त होगा

सर 1994 में मेरे पिता मर गए उनकी जमीन मेरे और मेरे भाई के नाम नामांतरण पंजी पर आ गई 1994 से 2001 तक वह जमीन मेरे और मेरे भाई के नाम रही 2001 में मेरे भाई ने मेरा नाम हटवा दिया उसके बाद मेरे भाई ने उस सारी जमीन की 2014 में अपनी बेटी के नाम रजिस्ट्री करवा दी । 2018 में मेरा भाई भी मर गया और 2023 में हमको जानकारी लगी अब हमको क्या करना चाहिए ज्यादा समय होने से हमारा केस खारिज तो नही हो जाएगा । केस कहां करना चाहिए

when a genuine owner moves the Court under 31 of Sp.Relief Act, for cancellation of a fraudulent sale deed registered, Court fee calculated on the basis of present market value is not to be paid but only a fee of 1.5 % on notional value of property (Karnataka, Tamilnadu Court fee), works out to be Rs.25.00 only, for the reason that the genuine owner is not a party to the execution of the forged and null and void document. This logic should apply elsewhere also, otherwise a genuine owner may have to defray lakhs for no fault of him as Court fee for illegal acts of land mafias who create fake document of vacant lands. In case a declaration suit is filed for declaring your own title Court fee calculated on market value is to be paid. Your vedio clip has not differenciated between these two. D Ashok kumar BANGALORE

Kya बैनामा खारिज करवाने का मुकदमा यदि वकील की गलती से सिविल कोर्ट में दायर न करके तहसीलदार की कोर्ट pr दायर कर दिया गया हो तो सिविल कोर्ट वकील की गलती को कारण मान कर 8 सालों की देरी माफ कर सकता है

वापसी बैनामा का मामला सिविल कोर्ट मे कितने दिनो के भीतर दाखिल किया जाता है। एक बिक्ररेता तीन बार मे अपनी पुरी जमीन को तीन व्यक्ति के पास बेचता है।और पाँच साल बाद उसकी पत्नी केस फाइल करती है कि मेरे पति की मानसिक स्थिति ठीक नही थी जिसके कारण बैनामा रद्द किया जाए। तो इसमे क्या होगा।कृप्या बताए
