Ok, since no one mentioned it in the comments, I guess I will... The Allen wrench is for an emergency situation where the jack will not go down electrically using the button, as some of these jacks tend to do at times. There is a hole under-neath the handle with a rubber cap over it. Take the rubber cap off, and insert the Allen wrench into the Allen key and turn counter-clockwise to lower the jack manually (just like a bottle jack works). I am sure that information is in the manual, but thought I would mention it here for others having issues with the jack not retracting by pushing the down button. Actually I would like to think that using the Allen wrench to lower the jack manually every time you use it, would extend the life of the jack since it wouldn't be working as much. VIW3784 mentioned that the Allen wrench may be for the plate on bottom, and I was thinking also that if you took off that plate, you may be able to service the jack, and may help with (as other people have said) loosing fluid/leaking to have access to a place to fill it up or change the hydraulic fluid from time to time...

Thanks for the review, looks like a great emergency kit. Anyone who’s had to fight a factory crap scissor jack and wrench in the snow or mud at night probably already has one of these on the way. And if your used car doesn’t have spare tools, like so many don’t…

Good to see you putting out content it seems to me it's been a while. I don't need all the kit as I have breakdown on my cars (not that i would call them out for a flat tyre) and a breaker bar and battery powered impact wrench but it pinged an interest in a powered jack but my trolley jack is probably quicker. Interesting film though. Watched this before heading up to your neck of the woods, Setting up sons flat for Uni in Aberdeen.

Very surprised with how solid this machine appears to be. I could easily imagine my wheels being removed for cleaning much more often using this. Good price too. Thanks for being it to my attention. However, I never envisaged needing a video to help me locate, loosen and tighten my nuts.

It does look like a cake mixer 😂 I imagine you turning up with a proper impact driver talking like Ronnie Kray- ‘What are you, Fanny Craddock? What are you doing with that? Gonna bake me a cake? Sing me a song whilst I blow out me fucking candles? I come here for a fucking shootout. A proper shootout with some proper men. Like Colonel Custer and Geronimo, you ever heard of them? Perhaps this one is to help rescue others rather than yourself. Of course you could always take the tool out of the box and keep it somewhere closer to the driver.

@SpeckyMcSporran9 ай бұрын
I think I misspoke, it's a ½"
@pobskyline32 жыл бұрын
1/4 inch seems quite small for an impact drive. Are you sure it's not 1/2 inch? Most that I've seen or used impact-wise in my Automotive career have been a standard 1/2 inch or upwards. Maybe once I saw a 3/8 drive impact tool, but rare to see. Be nice for official clarification as not mentioned on the link, unless I'm blind, cheers. Not a bad price either and a handy bit of kit too. Especially for mobile valeting businesses.

First off, street ka wheels. Secondly those sockets aren't suitable for an "impact" tool. They should have just included a breaker bar instead. Cheaper and more efficient judging by how long it took to do the first wheel nut. Especially as your wheels would have been off recently. Also 1/2" drive

WARNING!!! this jack and all similar ones are all falsely rated. they CANNOT lift 5 tons..(some say 3 tons) other videos on here show max lifting capacity is about 3900 lbs (less than 2 tons) beware these are marketed under several different names. they can hold 5 tons if you use it as a jack stand but stall out trying to lift closer to 2 tons. see user project farm for actual load testing

Thats why when he showed the preview of the lift it was already halfway lifted. This product is a bunch of baloney thats why we stopped selling it in our store.
