Nice build and nice video! :) Car might be missing a "Fehlende PS werden durch Wahnsinn ersetzt" sticker though :D (saw it on a JDM car once) Video suggestion for next year: Perhaps an external(/better) microphone? It was fine but the audio quality varied from good to (a bit) poor/"annoying" (quiet + weird artifacts/distortion/compression) throughout the video (especially when speaking from the back of the smartphone). Just a suggestion though, I don't wanna complain ;)

Ok I just subbed, been watching for a while now but decided to sub to see what adventures you get up to with you Polo. You say the engine was installed in 2019 and since it is a "race ca" opening it up after 5 years might be a good idea to visually see what is going on with the engine. Keep on rocking!

Hi Vika I bought a 2003 Audi A6 2.7t 6speed it’s running good never been opened with 279000 miles on it! Mods are 2.8 na cams, s4 brakes 342 mm rotors . With 18” rims . Hopefully will have on track at Road America in 2025 after more suspension work this winter. But track days at RA are pricey!😢

Viel zu schwer, außerdem geht nichts über den Klang eines hochdrehenden Vierzylinders, am besten mit Weber Vergaser oder wenn Einspritzer denn Einzeldrossel 😊

Schau mal ob hinter den Türverkleidungen noch die Dichtungsfolie ist? Wenn nicht haste dein Wasser Eintritt. Btw. Solange der Motor rennt, nix anfassen. Bei dem Ölverbrauch vielleicht öfters mal die Zündkerzen tauschen und gut is.❤

It would be wise to have your engine block serviced and fixed for the new season. It would be a shame to be stranded at the height of the season, even though you never know for sure, but better safe than sorry.😉

VW are notorious for rubber sealing issues. Door rubber, window rubbers, antenna rubbers, they all tend to get hard and break off, and leak rain into the car. If you can find aftermarket seals, could be better.

Du bist Levelmäßig eigentlich schon aus dem 1.6er rausgewachsen. Mach den 1.8T rein, und du hast bei einem kleinen Geld AGU Stock direkt gleich mal 30PS mehr - was viel ist. Der passt auch mehr oder weniger Plug&Play. Der 1.8T ist nicht wirklich schwerer als der 1.6er. Und wenn du Böcke hast verstärkst ihn ein bisschen hier und da und zitterst easy 220PS aus dem gutsten. Oben, unten und Lader gemacht gehen Daily bis zu einer sehr hohen 3 vorne. Für ne 4 vornedran muss dann der EA888 her aber dann beginnen die Umbauschw..litäten.

@@BastianKH Vertrau mir die sind nicht so weit von Gewicht Außeinander als man glauben möchte. Ich hab schon ein paar hin&her gewuppt. Das ein 1.6er und ein 2.9er VR6 anders wiegen ist verständlich, aber der 1.6er 16V und der AGU sind nicht weit weg.

Eigentlich krass was der kleine Polo schon hinter sich hat. Ich haette auch eher gedacht, dass da mehr Wartung noetig ist, gerade weil die Kiste ziemlich am Limit gefahren wird. Mein damaliger 1.6er Golf 4 brauchte irgendwann 1L Oel auf 1000km und VW behauptete immer, das waere normal obwohl er bis zur letzten Wartung keine Probs machte, erst danach fing irgendwann das Prob an. Mich wuerde mal persoenlich interessieren, ob es am Ring Leute mit irgendwelchen 1.9TDI mit grossem Turbo um 170-220PS fahren, stelle mir auch witzig vor, da geht vom Drehmoment gut die Post ab, irgendwas an 300-400Nm bei so nem Polo waere bestimmt auch witzig.
