I haven't filmed one yet, but I did find out DDEs in Mumbai. Sadly, most of them are in residential skyscrapers

Where did you get some of the technical information for this?? Surely not Elevatorpedia... Edit: Looks like the people were kind enough to offer you a ride in the lift. Interesting that there are buttons as well as an LCD Keypad that looks like a never before seen Otis Compass360 one. Also I found it hilarious how the floor indicator had trouble catching up due to the speed 😂

So how many high-zone and low-zone lifts are there? *Had to rephrase question, sorry.

In this building, there are two low-zone lifts serving from Ground to 38 which are Hitachi. As for the OTIS, they serve the entire building and serve the upper floors from 39 to 72. If this building was completed in 2016, it would have had Hitachi DFRS but OTIS took over the glass and main lifts due to tons of construction delays.

This elevator does not go on 1st floor directly 2nd after ground floor

Actually, this doesn't serve 1, 2, 6, 7 and 9 to 38. However, there are emergency doors on floors 9 12, 15, 18, 21, 24, 27, 30, 33 and 36 in case the elevator gets stuck in between due to power outage or other emergencies

Despite the same buttons usually seen in Gen2/ReGen installations, this elevator itself is pure awesome. I'd prefer the keypad more.

@@Excavator2006 Um, this one is actually SkyRise. Gen2s don't go higher than 29 floors.
