This is the Canadian black metal band Spectral Wound playing their songs Frigid and Spellbound followed by another song I don't recognize at 6:55 in the video. This was on day 2 of Hell in the Harbor Fest on Sunday 28 May 2023 at the Baltimore Soundstage.
