Spectrum 48K. Board recap, composite mod and lower RAM replacement.

Purchased from a local Auctions, this Spectrum 48k was in need of a bit TLC. Recapped the board and made the simple composite mod as my TV isn't the best for RF signals. Run diagnostics and found some lower RAM issues, with 2 if the chips needing replaced.

Jam in a TSR 1-2450.
