Spectrum Navigates a South Carolina River to Extend Rural Broadband

The shortest distance between two points is always a straight line - even when it runs underwater. Spectrum’s in-house underground construction team bore under the Santee River in South Carolina, to extend Spectrum's high speed broadband network so it will reach more than 800 rural homes and businesses.
