Great video, you could have added war to very difficult in Deep imo, as it greatly depends on the war if the run is 8 or 18 mins

When it comes to difficulty, i forgot about assassins in Fow and mesmers in Deep... I would put them both in the medium range. Sorry bout that!

Id suggest starting with easy roles. Generally dungeons. Maybe find a good guild that could intorduce you to the area. If you are aiming higher then try practicing on your own. Watch videos of those roles and ask around in your alliance if there is someone knowledgable that could help you out.
