I sooo want to buy this Speed Editor. I shouldn't, but I might bite the bullet. I don't need it, but I also need it at the same time. Lol

You definitely need it lol it’s a real game changer, and I’m not just saying that! Should have a review up in the next few days, I’m gonna be putting out a lot more videos on this thing! Use the Affiliate Link in the description if you break down and make the purchase; it’ll help our channel out!

That was very helpful. There are so many Advanced tutorials, but this Beginner Intro was absolutely necessary for me. I never knew that some keys worked only in Edit or Cut Pages. Why arn't the buttons marked like that or coloured that way! I still struggle to understand what happens using each of the 6 Trim/Slip/Roll/Slide/TransDru/Set/Src/Destin. If you can describe what they do in words it would be helpful, but I guess that is impossible to do. It goes haywire when clips move over, into, within or around the adjacent areas. I guess a rigid method of workflow is the only way to master it all.

This not a beginner video

Hey! We intended for this video to be most helpful for folks who are new to their blackmagic speed editor keyboard, with a small amount of familiarity with DaVinci resolve already. We’re sorry if it wasn’t quite “beginner” simple enough. What would you like to see more of in the future? We can definitely try to make some content closer to what you were hoping to find!

As an ex engineering instructor you can not take for grant the all people know what you are talking and about and the presentation needs to slowed down a little. I just bought my speed editor, yea me.

I appreciate the honest feedback! I’ll get on making some slower, slightly more in depth versions of these tutorials :)
