Déjà si je savais le faire reconnaître par mon logiciel ça serait bien

J'ai eu le même problème, assurez-vous que l'ordinateur voit le clavier avant d'ouvrir le logiciel, essayez de mettre à jour les pilotes, et si cela ne fonctionne pas, essayez de le brancher avec le câble et de redémarrer Resolve. Dis moi si ça aide! et j'espère que cette traduction est compréhensible.

Je suis désolé de l'entendre. votre meilleure solution serait probablement de contacter le support BlackMagic, ils peuvent vous aider à résoudre les problèmes. bonne chance
