Since everyone is saying something about the ball moving, I had to look up the official rules and the stopwatch starts when the cue ball is struck and stops when the last ball leaves table and the balls can be moving during a shot as long as it’s not the cue ball or the ball being shot at so he played by official rules and there were no penalties.

Yeah. The cloth is Strachen 777 which came as standard with the table. You can usually upgrade to a faster playing cloth when ordering one of these tables for a lil extra money.
