Well my question was answered, those three clips and that water hose lines are my issue and I now know it'll pull out to the side and take out the water pump there. And replace it.

We have one of these machines in Ghana, West Africa. A plumber said the pump was broken bacause a sock had somehow gotten into it. Is there a screen or something that prevents solid items from getting out of the tub and into the hose going to the pump? Is is possible this is missing in our machine? Thanks for whatever you can tell us.

I am not aware of any thing that could stop obstruction. Great idea, but really it is a rare occurrence. I have seen this happen 2 times in the past 15 years. Good thing it's not an expensive part.

Thanks for the video. Mice ate the hoses and pump. I have replaced them according to your video. No problems there. However, I can't get the back clip back on. I know there is a trick for brailing this clip with not so strong girly hands. Any wisdom for me. I'd be grateful.

If you can hang the clip in the notch, and then push directly in the middle of the clip and it should just snap right in. I think you are ok without that clip though. I lost a clip and have been running that washer with just 2 for at least 3 years.

majic, pump is off and no water. i usually check the idler as i go. found it is easier to put the pump on and then hook up the hoses.
@splashemoutlaundromat2 жыл бұрын
thanks for the input. I will try that next time.
@tripjet9992 жыл бұрын
Correct - that makes for a stabler install of the hoses.

thank you. this will definitely help me knowing all I have to do is remove the pump to get to the belt. I have a hwt911wn1102 Heubsch (sq) and online manual is saying part no for belt is 200923. But there are conflicting part numbers online... do you know the model number for the belt you put on? Thanks
@splashemoutlaundromat2 жыл бұрын
Yes, it can be a pain when trying to understand directions when they aren't so clear. Also, you can put in your model number at pws and it will show you the part you need. thanks.
@snivvelslurderagementai25602 жыл бұрын
@@splashemoutlaundromat thank you I checked pws and they don't sell the belt alone but have to get it with the pump or with the tensioner pulley kit. when all I need is the belt alone but it's not clear what the dimensions of the belt are.

What do you do it the pump won't come off
@splashemoutlaundromat2 жыл бұрын
I havre never had an issue with the pump not coming off. I would take some WD-40 to lubricate the hoses to make it a bit more manageable.
@intelin1233 ай бұрын
Is this from the side or the front.
@smtxtv2 жыл бұрын
T'would have been nice if you had removed the pump first, so that we could see sort of what you were doing behind it, replacing the belt. We get the idea though...

tks for the video mate, my pump wont budge, cant take it off, the belt is a easy fix around the rollers,,, what keeps the pump up? just the clips, can i use a bit of force? does it just come off easy? pse reply
@splashemoutlaundromat Жыл бұрын
It slides out. Clips hold it up. Take the clips off and it will slide off. You should not have to force too much.

Belt didn’t work for me it didn’t have tension on and it felt like it was too big. It was the same part number and I did everything right. Please get back to me if you know why
@splashemoutlaundromat3 жыл бұрын
Make sure you go around the pulley and the tensioner. Make certain its the correct belt.

Does anyone have any idea why when draining spinning water spills from top between balance ring and cover???
@splashemoutlaundromat2 жыл бұрын
I would have to research that a bit further. You may call alliance and they may have some answers for you.
@1toolaholic2 жыл бұрын
water too high, something blocking outflow, overload or a combination of these
As he doesn't talk through the process and what is happening and rather than take pump out of the way it stays there to block the view it's pretty much a useless how to video. Did he not watch it back and see it shows virtually nothing of real use if trying to do yourself.
@splashemoutlaundromat2 жыл бұрын
No, I did not look back carefully and notice that it blocked the view. Unfortunately this video did not help you, but all I am trying to do on this channel anyway is show day to day operations of a laundromat owner. Also to show people that anyone can do anything they put their effort toward. Thanks for watching, and for your input.

@@pasqualeparente9776 You would only need to watch this before actually posting it to realise that it does nothing to help. That is my point. Trying and doing are two very different animals.
