Saw “speed racer” in a video, there was a hidden childhood memory in the back far deep side of my brain hidden and I couldn’t pinpoint it, thank you for the gameplay🙏🏼it all came back. This game was too fun but was forgotten for some reason

No you aren't. I would say this game is, apart from Mario Kart DS, the most popular racing game for the Nintendo DS.

Speed Racer DS was a decent game but a little bit on the easy side (at least compared to the console variant) once I've figured how to abuse the half-pipes and spinning before (almost) every jump for boost. Rosey Blaze was my main (which unironically I could control her car better than my movie self's Mach 6) throughout all of Amateur and Pro-Am WRL cups (Until I got Sam Storm). Although this particular variant of the movie game is NOT the one from my childhood (that one being the Wii version), it's still nice to see gameplay of the DS version still around here.

I have never played another variant of Speed Racer, only the Nintendo Ds variant. Which variant can you recommend me? I See you have gameplay of F-zero on your channel, you are playing the N64 variant right? I have gameplay of the GameCube variant on my channel :)

@@0commentarygaming I can suggest you either the Wii or PS2 variants (as long if you have either of the consoles that is), the Java one however... Well... let's just say it just exists. Also, quite ironically, when it comes to F-Zero games so far. I never actually played F-Zero X of all of the main games (plus the obscure Satellaview game) but nice guess anyways.

Memories boooi!, I use to never lose a race on Speed Racer on the DS, I was pro at the game. Until on the Grand Prix I got robbed so badly XD

I am using the Amd Radeon software to record my gameplay. The emulator I used here is called "DeSmuME"
