Speed Reading Basics

I have watched this video very carefully just now. I find it helpful as I am a beginner and really want to be a speed reader. After watching this video ,my perception is like; It demands a lot of practice under an expert ,if anybody has a desire to be an true speed reader with comprehension. I am from Bangladesh and its too far from Irish Reading company to get face to face mentoring. I will request this authority to open a new branch in our country and I do believe there will be no lack of customer . I have not enough confident on online training , I do not find it productive yet.

10:26 speed test starts. I tried the normal way I read and I was at 185. 2nd time I consciously followed a guide on the page, and focused on reading in chunks... was at 290 after 1 minute. I think my eyes and focus are clearly the issue here. Don't have an hour to watch this whole video, but seems pretty good from what I followed. It would be nice if someone listed time stamps for this video.

I do all my readings in tablet. Its mobile and I can carry a lot of pdf books. Any hint how to read it fast? Much appreciated. Tnx
