If you want to learn how to read faster, you need to practice. The "speed drills" covered in this video can also improve your comprehension with a little practice each day.
The AccelaReader program utilizes a technology called "Rapid Serial Visual Presentation" or RSVP to help you read faster. You simply copy & paste your text into the free speed reading app and it will blink the words on the screen at a speed that you set.
The default reading speed on this program is 200 words per minute (wpm) but you should consider increasing that reading rate so that you can practice these exercises at higher level to increase your reading speed.
