I bought the Essence Pure Nude highlighter based on your recommandation and I'm so glad I did! When I noticed how much texture my Wet and Wild Megaglo highlighter was showing on me I was kinda shocked and didn't know I had so much texture lol. Maybelline’s vinyl lipstick in witty is beautiful in photos! My makeup artist gave me the tip to always go a bit deeper on the lips in photos. It’s really all you see and brings life to your face. Used it during our family shoot when my daughter was born and it looked beautiful!

Jessie, the shade "tulip" is absolutely gorgeous in that Tarte maracuja lip gloss. It's basically a rose, your lips but better. I think you'll love it. And it's not milky!

Jess that is so your color, you look stunning in that color. Did you get highlights, your hair color is gorgeous. Oh my goodness, I thought I was the only one that the Melani Mascara did not work on me. It did the same thing, so wet, clumped my lashes together and made them look,like I had maybe 6 lashes. Everyone said it gets better with time, let it dry out some, well it’s been 3 weeks and still doing the same thing. I guess I need the volume and lengthening mascaras.❤

Laura Gellar has a contour brush that's my favorite brush to use for those Elf putty bronzer! It fits in the pot perfectly and it's a good brush. Also, Elf makes putty brushes for the putty blushes and bronzer. Thanks for the video!

About the Perioral Dermatitis: I’ve had it off and on for years. The prescription topicals seem to keep it under control mostly. I know everyone is different, but my triggers seem to be fluoride, cinnamon, and certain makeup/skincare with fragrance. I hope yours isn’t as ornery as mine, though! Love your videos❤️

Jess! I started getting breakouts when I started religiously using the Elf Halo Glow Filter. I've stopped but not long enough to make a ruling...maybe there are similar ingredients but I hope not because I thought "I'll just use the sunscreen instead" 🙄🙏 I'm totally on the hunt for that green shirt girl! 💚 When I'm decluttering pallets, I will pull out individual colors I do love & put them in its own pallet. Just a thought. I did that with the recent ABH rose metals pallet.

Wet n wild just came out with a shimmery and matte version of liquid shadows. I have slightly hooded eyes and used one of the shimmery shades and it didn't crease on me. One and done shadow. You might like those, can't speak on the matte version though. Your hair looks good today.

Agree with everyone, you look stunning! The essence powder is off putting to me also but I would describe it as a chemical smell. Despite seeing other reviews on it, nobody mentioned the smell. Glad to know it is not just my package, or me 🥴.

I love liquid eyeshadows. I use the Urban Decay lid primer and I've had really good luck with the Ulta brand of liquid shadows. It's very pigmented, lasts all day and doesn't crease

Regarding the rash from someone who's recently experienced the same thing: it could be perioral dermatitis and that could be triggered by allergies to an ingredient or outside factor. I'm using metrogel (metronidazole) since I've had this same rash under the folds of my nose/ lines under my nose (it started Sept 2022) I haven't seen the rash in a couple weeks (on metrogel, perioral dermatitis can come back once or twice before clearing up). Since you test out tons of products I'd try to narrow down when the rash started and what you were using during this time. Perioral dermatitis can start for so many different reasons. For lots of people, it spreads to the area by the mouth but if it doesn't spread to your mouth it probably isn't from toothpaste but a skin product or allergen

I’ve been struggling with perioral dermatitis for yearsssss 😩 spf definitely makes a difference. I actually bought the elf whoa glow but I haven’t tried it yet because my PD is flared up. I stick to mineral only when my skin’s angry. Also, your skin might look flaky and dry but u have to be careful not to over moisturize with heavy occlusives. I use a basic b moisturizer and no actives til it’s cleared up.

Agree to disagree with the makeup forever face palette. From a different view, it makes getting ready so quick and easy. You have everything you need right there, it sets down and looks like skin. It doesn’t last as long without powder but it also looks natural and you have a lot of options at your finger tips. I wish they would make more options, as I’ve noticed the bronzer colors can be a little deep and warm. I think if you like to sit down and do your makeup and take your time, it won’t be your favorite but for travel or for the minimalist, I think it’s perfect.

I agree with everything you said. The foundations look natural, and yellow corrector hides redness without looking unnatural. But I agree the bronzer colors are too deep. I would love to replace the darker one with something else, and the pans pop out.

My it-product is currently the purito bb-cream! I have very oily, textured skin, and this stuff is one of only 2 foundations in my life that doesn't look weird in my pores.
