Nice job. Why don't you use your GC with a gold banker, only bring the skid plate and one tray . Shovel the muck onto the gold banker. 1/2 the weight of the full GC. Im sure you would find more gold ... Keep up the good work.

Mother nature makes the best slush and has the best recovery! Still digging holes it’s kind of working against Mother Nature! Trenches up and down the stream well concentrate your material just by you walking and pulling the rocks out and raking rocks out down to the clay layer if that’s what you’re doing! Pre-prepping your areas so when the water comes up mother nature does the work. Gold does not want to move!

The trick with a round strainer is to stop and pump it up and down in the bucket every so often, this drives the heavies to the bottom like a gem jig does. Been using a round one for almost a decade now. One of my best goodwill buys for a Buck. Also kept she who must be obeyed, off my back for raiding her pans and kitchen equipment.
