This is freaking sick, i love how cool paintball is and how honest the players are, especially speedballers. I play Airsoft and as much as i love it i hate how dishonest a lot of the players are which is a reason why i try to do speedqb as much as possible as nobody cheats in speedqb and anyone that does gets thrown out of the tournament

Thanks! I think a reason the players are so honest is because your physically marked. That being said- it is possible to cheat; its just harder.

+zednercy zednercy +zednercy zednercy Personally I think the tippman gryphon is garbage. It is a blowback marker so it is a gas hog (uses more air per shot). It have a very long trigger pull, its really hard to clean/take apart if their is a issue on the field, and the barrel is trash (less accurate). For the mask I'd look at the lens and see if their is a black outline to it or if you can take it off and their should clearly be two layers. If there is it means it is a dual pane lens so it would not fog, if its there i'd see if I could buy it separately. For the hopper I'd put some paintballs in it and see how fast it goes, if you have to shake it a lot it is a gravity hopper and is probably worth about $3. For the air container I'd see if their is a little part sticking out on the top of the tank, if there is one then it actually in an hpa tank. Also, check the date on the air tank, make sure it is within five years, if not it is dangerous to use, and is not able to be filled. As for the barrel I'd see if it is one single piece or two, two piece barrels are generally higher quality. I'm assuming the standard barrel is the barrel that came with the gun so it is probably garbage. As for the 22 inch barrel your actually going to lose length when you shoot. The sweet spot for barrel length is about 15 inches give or take an inch. Personally I would leave the gun, barrels, and hopper if its slow. I'd look at the mask and HPA tank (air container). If the mask is dual pane and the tank is still in hydro (the date is within five years) i'd buy it then go with the GOG eNMEy. I don't know what these look like so I'd just say maybe $25?

+RobGcraft Although for the same price you can get a used electro which is nicer, more air efficient, and easy to take apart and maintenance. BUT yes, the Tippmann series is very reliable.

+zednercy zednercy I'd recommend a GOG eNMEy. It's reliable and the only spool valve marker in the price range. Basically it can take a beating and it shoots great, is more air efficient, and is quieter. Personally I wish I had gotten this marker. First though I'd recommend buying a mask with a dual pane lens. It runs for $150 on ansgear.com
