This is a reno of the apartment 121 Hakim House. It's availble to download from The Gallery as a room. There will be some walls missing, so all you have to do is rebuild them once you've placed the lot. It's a two bedroom, two and half bathroom build specifically for an influencer/streamer Sim, but because it has two bedrooms, you can always sell the stuff in the second room and raise a family.
