This Bluetooth smart cube was origionally on kickstarter and then indiegogo. This unboxing is a bit of a review as well going through a ton of stuff. At the end I have my final thoughts if you want to jump to there.

Love the video. I love my GoCube. I had never solved a Rubik’s cube in my life. After about 2 weeks with my GoCube I was solving in less than 3 mins. :)

Just ordered and it should arrive today. I'm excited. I learned about the algorithms to do a basic solve in college and actually taught my class how to solve one via PowerPoint that I had to do. However I didnt keep with it nor could I solve one without staring non stop at the algorithms and taking easily 30 min to solve. I'm thinking that this will greatly improve me wanting to learn and will have me solving in no time

They should make a battle royal kind of mode, kinda like Tetris 99. If someone solves a cube they would send something to another random person, than that person his light turn on and they can't move for like 5 seconds, and every move they do while the light is on ads another second to the light. If they do 10 or more moves while the light is on they are disqualified, you're out when the light is on for more than a minute. (Didn't think about this a lot so the times I named should probably be changed)

Go cube is supposed to be $120 USD new.... Gan I is supposed to be 80 I believe and giiker is like 40 or something..? Personally, I think the price of the go cube is just way to high for me to even consider especially when the gan i is much cheaper and prob better tbh. But Idk all the details yet.

I’ve had the go cube edge now for a week and I think it’s great. It moves good and gives info back every solve and can pin point areas of you solve that you need to work on. Mine is pll. Only thing that I’m let down by is that you can’t add friends to play against the coins you earn in games don’t appear to go any where. And everyone is on level 0 what’s the score with this. .

The confusion is that other apps don't have you wait until the 15 seconds are up. For example, the Gan i you need to start before the timer hits zero. The competitor's and you own timer for solving the cube starts when you make your first move.

The GoCube and Giiker have built in tutorials. All three connect with different online apps. GoCube is more approachable and nicer app. Gan 356i has a more SpeedCube like feel and more data tracking. Currently.

Thank you for the (quick) input. Very nice job on your vids! I’m trying to consistently beat 2 mins, so more algo learning to do. I have a gan 3x3 and 2x2, and they are great, but seems like the GoCube might be better for learning/improving, at least right now. The Giiker seems to be a great value, but not the same quality as the other two (you get what you pay for).

I love the product but I'm not to sure about the company. I tried to contact them and the email address does not only does not work. I like the cube, but when competing with people, they feel like bots. I proved it by going to an expert round, got a player, they went really fast, and then when the round ended, I went to hard and I found the exact same “person” and he was going way slower. That proved that you don’t compete with real people. The only way to compete with real people is if a friend has a gocube and you can compete. Sorry, but it isn’t what you expected.
