Ok so first you need to have moon. If you do then equip it and let it spawn then it will follow you slowly till then use bubbles to get away from you moon so then you go to a place where the moon can’t escape from like go to sewers portal as fast as you can and the moon is stuck in spawn point then you equip powder and as many cotton as you have and a antennae and lotus The powder doesn’t go away even if you are near a higher tier mob because the powder petal has to be near not the player. Hope this helps
