Looks great! And a way to remember metatarsals vs metacarpals is that carpal tunnel syndrome is in the hands, so metacarpals are the long bones of the hands. Unfortunately the way I remember which is which is because I broke my fifth metatarsal in my foot years ago. 😭

I'm not too sure about bend, but I do similar with move tool! It's got a long way to go before it compares to zbrush (from what I hear) but keeps getting better and better 👍🏾
