Clover in undertale yellow is actually genderless like Frisk. :-) If you interpret Justice as a boy that's fine. However don't harass the artist over it when they have done a wonderful job portraying the characters in their own way. Don't forget that undertale yellow is fanmade so Justice is still completely open for fan interpretation.
