The immortal trophy was definitely nuts. I played the campaign like three times. Did it twice without dying. Definitely was not a fan of that one. Honestly surprised you got the one for best time on the training mockup. I thought it was required to get collaterals on some of the cutouts to get a better time. Glad you got the plat in enough time to avoid the hot sauce.

Good for you that it wasn’t the PS3 version. Spec Ops was a giant wall back then. Still got the platinum back in the day but the scars and PTSD at that “wet work” mission alone and 10 jug headshots with a grenade launchers would make any pro shiver.

I actually platinumed this game as well, and the favela on veteran, beating bx's time, and (for some reason) living through the entire mission Loose Ends without dying was so difficult, because sometime an explosive would kill me out of nowhere, but I finished it, and I nearly cried tears of joy istg

I once tryed doing the whole mw2 campaign on veteran mode and i died alot of times, and also i think i was trying to get intel idk if i was (because this was when i was dumb). I sometimes thought to call it quits after raging but i knew that if other people could do it you could to! Takedown was so stressful, the rest of the missions on veteran was pretty much easy when I started to just learn to remember spawn locations and prefire. I still gotta get the final trophy for plat which is finishing every mission without dying.
