I do have one comment, despite this being two years old, you keep forgetting to mark the "Spinda" once you got it the first time in the Ruby Version, lol. Well, until 2:13 (two hours and thirteen minutes, later) LOL.

Why dont you use the catch mode more often

If you mean why do I focus on eggs at the beggining of the run instead of catches, it's because you have in the late game a 2% to find Latios and Latias in the catch modes, so you want to keep as much chances as possible to find them later in the run.

How rare a find is Pichu? At this point, I’m just playing casually and only need that and Latias to finish the Dex.

Pichu require to have a pokemon score of 5 or more, than it's 2% chance to find in any egg but goes down to 1% if you beat raquaza mini game at least once since you turned on the console. Latias is the opposite, it's 1% to find in sapphire but goes up to 2% after you beat raquaza (also pokemon score of 5 or more).

Gonna be honest, I didn’t expect Rayquaza to be the deciding factor in whether or not I’d have a harder time catching Pichu. But it is certainly good to know!

UPDATE: Caught Latias and encountered (but failed) Pichu. May be tempted to learn that Pichu manip in the future.

Yes, but you either need an e-reader with a special card, or cheat. You can't find them naturally.

@@Driekiann That's... Actually really interesting. The amount of places that say they can just be naturally found, even Serebii still says it.

@@danielhall6888 In theory you should be able to find them in the wild in the same way you find Latios/Latias, but you have to share data of your pokedex with someone who caught them before. But we never tested it to be sure it was working or not. And with the amont of e-reader cards in the wild AND e-reader, it's mostly like just using a cheat with extra steps x)

Oui et non, je les ai déjà attrapé mais en bidouillant la mémoire du jeu. On ne peut (presque) pas les avoir "légalement" aujourd'hui vu que le seul moyen de les obtenir normalement est de posséder un e-reader ainsi qu'une copie de la carte lié aux starters de johto. Une personne du discord de pokemon pinball speedrun les a eu de cette manière et est a ma connaissance le seul qui a une preuve de les avoir capturé de façon legit. Les seuls autres moyens de les trouver est de modifier la ram de la console soit sur un émulateur (ce que j'ai fais pour tester) ou avec un outil de triche genre action replay. On aura peut être un jour un moyen de les trouver via un glitch, mais on n'a rien trouvé pour le moment ^^
