See, the cost is fine enough. It is a massive underground lair that gives you access to multiple different powerful vehicles, like the Avenger and Khanjali. But then like, nightclubs and arcades and all cost the same and are arguably more useful in some ways. The Kosatka gives you the very, very useful Sparrow and access to the best money making method in the game. The Doomsday Facility would be so much better if the heists themselves actually gave more money and weren’t so horribly designed, I’ve never seen anyone actually do that stealth mission without getting caught the moment they landed without instantly being failed.

@@michaelzhang9806 yep pretty much, i'd actually try the doomsday heist if it gives min 3 mil for all those really long preps otherwise i'd just stick to Cayo perico for sub 7min solo stealth 1.2mil Nightclub is also easily the best thing for someone who already has a lot of business running allowing packaged goods sales and a passive income. Same goes for the arcades that unlocks the casino heist and another passive income source along with the terminal upgrade allowing any business mission acceptance from the arcade. Then the bunker facility despite its supposed importance and scale with the heist doesn't even any of the useful mechanics given from either of these facilities.

Tbf you also get the discounts for the Stromberg, Khanjali and Akula which are all pretty strong PvP vehicles. Of course you also get discount for the the Deluxo, but that thing is BS so it does not count.

@WillGeorge Evans you will definitely need a mic and your whole team will also need mics. And everyone needs to be at least level 80 plus I'd say. And everyone needs to be good at the game with good communication skills. It was ridiculously stressful even when I had all of the above. I tried it dozens of times with different groups of people. It's got to be people you feel extremely comfortable with and know well.

Fun Fact Matto: You dont have to be in cover to eat snacks you just have to be busy with something. You can aim your gun and eat snacks or eat snacks in the car. Which means that you can literally walk into the middle of gun fire for 5 seconds with your inventory open and not die due to the spamming of the snacks while still firing at the enemy at the same time
