Does anyone remember Bert and Cyril Rogers who use to ride for New Cross way back in the fifties? I used to go every Wednesday, usually followed by Wembley on Thursday. Kind regards to all fellow speedway fans. August, 2023.

I so hope that speedways not lost permanently at wolverhampton . I fear that the sport could be lost in the Uk .

You are right! I fear it might be lost all across the world…the Swedish league has been on a horrible decline as far as attendance and coverage…as an ex rider it is so sad to see.

Hi Alex. I really don’t know. Few Grand Prix riders coming back and we are loosing tracks. Can’t believe the midlands is so short of tracks. I really feel for the sport in uk. Could you send that link again please. My friend said he might be able to help me. Yes I’m older than you Alex but 20 Years behind you !! Thank you ever so much for these meetings. I really can’t thank you enough. Any idea how I can watch British Grand Prix. Thank you Alex.
