My Son in college, and after this interview where Speedy talked about grinding hard during college, I showed him the interview where Speedy interviewed Obama. My Son was like "WOW, he looks so young to be interviewing Obama." I was like "He's in his 20's. If you grind early, you can get big things early! There's no rule that says you have to wait until your 30's for things to kick in!" He like "I told my friends, I want to make 6 figures a year in Cyber Security by 25, and they like that's early." I told him "Don't listen to them, get that education, internships, and keep it moving....

To my Hispanics, college is NOT for everyone. If your grades are bad, you find high school hard, or have trouble studying then college is most likely not for you. It only gets HARDER. You have to be able to teach yourself, read the chapters, do the hw, pay attention because if you don't, you will fall behind and constantly play catch up. College is not the only path of success. You youngings definitely have more opportunities other than college. Years ago, a buddy of mine wanted to learn but had no idea what. Took some time off after hs, he liked and was into computers so he decided to do this coding program for like 8 weeks, all online. Applied for 1 job, got a call back the next day, and started off at $18/hr with no experience, references, or even a degree.
