I think 3:57 the driver failed as he was driving in middle of both lanes. Neither showing he going straight neither left at traffic. Am i right?

Pls can u tell me if I'm in one way route nd I want to change the lane if cars parked on the left lane do I have to signal bfr moving or just check my merrors nd move when is safe

Also the driver taken right hand lane too early at 23:40. Dont you think it would have been safer to take it a bit further ahead to reverse right?

Yeah he turned early but is it minor fault or serious fault
