It is Tiamat you just get a shotgun and a couple bombs and one rope and you’ve won abzu you need to follow the chain which can be difficult to do sometimes

For Tiamat you can always guarantee a shotgun by killing the bodyguard sitting outside tusk's vault door in NeoBabylon. With how much crap is going on in neobab, most of the time you just need to aggro them by throwing a bomb their way, and they'd just kill themselves with some laser/sparktrap. afterwards you just use 2 ropes, bomb a side and shoot Tiamat from faraway and you're done. Killing Tiamat with only whip(no bombs) is really hard, as they said in the video, can be considered S tier in difficulty, but nobody's gonna force you to go unprepared.

I mean, dwelling is kinda easy as long as you are kinda experienced in spelunky, only instakill trap there are spikes, which, like propably never killed me in dwellings... Neo babylon have lava, explosions, spark traps, elevators... And those are only traps. Dwelling might be lil harder on paper because you have no items, but neobabylon just have much more bs going on imo

Jungle is definitely harder than volcana because of the witch doctor, traps, etc... Olmec is C because after doing it over 100 times, I go into it with a strategy that works and rarely fail. Oh, and by the way this is for singleplayer not multiplayer. That's a completely different list

the condensed areas and easy damage and deaths from the traps and such make Jungle harder, and volcana is open and doesn't have immediate dangers, especially if your careful with the lava. Olmec is also very annoying if you don't know what you're doing or don't have a good strat, but very easy if you do.

I personally found jungle in D tier, volcana would go in C or B for me... On the other hand, once you get the hang of Olmec, he will become C - D and you will consider it rest level

I'm probably the first person to say so but I do not have that much trouble with the temple, I definitely struggle but by the time I usually get there I find it fairly easy to deal with, I would put it high B or low A, but im also not you and I suppose this is kinda your difficulty teir list so..

@@tweektweak2145 I've been able to make it thru temple easier than tide pool, idk maybe thats just me but tide pool just has so much visual noise that it makes it much more difficult, its to the point where I would rather go into the temple with 4 ropes and 4 bombs than the tide pool, even without use of the scepter in such a case, and if you do use it, well 2 properly cooked bombs equals a dead anubis making the rest of the temple even easier But then again this is all just me, like I said that's his tear list and if he and others find it to be S difficulty then so be it, but personally I find it much easier even with the potential for instakills

@@Pragmer yeah i get it, but for me temple is propably the hardest level in the game... Alongside with CO. Tidepool is one of the easiest for me, if not the easiest... (iam not counting boss levels and eggplant world to this ofc) its kinda open, and as long as you dont rush and Jianghashi assasin dont kill you, you should be okay...

@@Pragmer volcana is like... Its either the easiest level, or the hardest, depends heavily on rng... You propably see the difficulty other then me, cause i try to do all the chain with the bow and stuff, so i dont usually cary shotgun or any weapon with me, so dealing with enemies is kinda harder... I like volcana better then jungle, but i find jungle easier... Sunken city, is propably like 2nd easiest arena for me... As long as you arent dumb and regen block dont crush you (happened to me twice), you should be completely ok. Its really just much easier worm from spelunky 1... I would rather do 4 levels of sunken city then 1 level of temple... You sound really fun tho maybe if you play on ps4, we could play together sometimes?

Can somebody help me with the Hundun area? like giving tips? I always die there because he one shots me... If I kill one head with bombs and try jumping on his last head with spike shoes, will he be able to attack me or b stunned?

Do the climbing part as fast as you can, wasting resources if needed, and since you’re not comfortable with him, kill him by cooking bombs (or throwing them at him if you have paste). He will be able to attack you even when you are jumping on him, don’t do it until you are very comfortable with the fight and the fireball timing.

@@raphael_tremblay Just stay on the same spot: the place where 2 of those "tubes" meet and there is generally a bit of grass and a few blocks, and the very left or the very right. Crouch, place a bomb, pick it up again and *drop* it on the head. Repeat until you've killed the first head. Than go to the other side and repeat the process with the other head. The pink crush blocks should protect you from the fireballs through the hole process. Maybe watching some early CO runs in KZbin will help you understand what I mean (and they have to be early, because now most of the pros try to kill Hundun before he has even climbed up or more risky stuff).
