This achievement seemed really really bad at first, but overall - not that difficult. One try I had jetpack and freeze ray to insta kill tiamat, but picked up a gold bar right before the door to 6-4. It was pain

Technically you didn't get the "lowest score" beating 7-99 doesn't give you the 100k at the end, that the other 2 endings do give you. This is cool though and I have put myself through the pain of trying what you did. Nice vid.

Lowest Score stands for the achievement name, which, all the requirements are beating the game without gold and any ending, even the regular one, but I know what you mean

man, I remember getting this achievement. Tiamat turned the nicest shade of grey that day. Then I went to go do it THREE TIMES for another game called Spirits Abyss - third time still pending because it has three achievements and the third makes you go through so much... (Pro tip for the one other person on earth who knows that game and also is trying this - paupers start with an extra loyalty card ;))

tip for people trying this, the best loadout is shield and jetpack. The shield crushes gold, also always whip the coral in tide pool it can have gold behind it for some god forsaken reason.

Pro tip: you can rob shops more easily with ropes. If you throw the rope and it hits the shopkeeper (very consistent if you run up to him when he's behind the counter and do it), all items become free and you have like ~0.5-1 seconds before he recovers from the stun, so you have time to run out and maybe grab a weapon/one of the backpacks. The neat part, however, is the fact that this counts as s robbery and not assault, which means that you will be forgiven in 2 levels instead of 4 if you can avoid hitting them, making this a very profitable tactic at the first shop (forgiven by the Quillback level iirc)

I had more trouble doing millionaire. One death and it’s back to the start and it can take up to 20+ minutes causally. Low scorer isn’t easy either but it can be completed pretty quickly.

Nice, I also got to complete this challenge myself and get all other achievements too, this one was very tricky, like the millionaire run (kept dying on tusk palace for the bodyguards). Yet, most of the time I'd just die normally while trying to avoid money, only what, 3 runs I failed bc of small cash, dwellings is by far the hardest level of all XD

Milionare took me at most 3 hours of trying with 2 runs making it to tusk, just messing up vault ghosting. Low score runs had me for a few solid days of attempts. Low score is hell

Let me give you some advice for robbing shops, the best way possible is grabbing an object (if there are explosives or wearable objects grab that one so you don't mess up), the guy will get next to you, walk into the guy, and then use a rope, the rope will stun him and you will get the item you grabbed (and also you can get the ones on the floor) then grab the shotgun and give him ONE shot, it will give you enough time to escape without killing him, in the next level you need to escape every shopkeeper without attacking them in any way, then, they will forgive you. If you don't want forgiveness, the rope is still the best method to rob a shop.

I did this in my second try and now that I've saw a lot of videos I remember having 0 trouble in Olmec or any world besides the mines .____. In Olmec there was NO GOLD,like, a lot of bricks with no gems or gold nuggets,and just ran straight into chinese water world. It was great ^3^

Tell me about 'pain' - I tried to get this for 8 hours straight(even though I have over 200 hours of experience in this game). This game(unlike the 1st one) is less chaotic in certain ways - but more punishing when it comes to reaching your objective without any action(obstacles). The Neo Bab is just a mess of all sorts - so are the Ice Caves(but then again - they were a bigger mess in the 1st game).

Your score in Seplunky is from the amount of gold you collected during a run. So for a low score run, you need to pick up no gold, and there's plenty of it.

You actually can if the shop is on the same level. As long as you exit each level with 0 gold you're good. That also means that you can use the monkeys in the jungle to get rid of gold if you pick some up in there by mistake

I recommend just getting a jet pack and a shot gun. All my best runs were with basically just that. Spectacles help a lot as well and give bombs a lot more value. A teleporter sounds like a very good way to run into a lot of money on accident.
