Dans second or third video ended because of a very ballsy if ill advised ghost play on the second or third floor, and Malf has balls of steel until after the close calls are over. Just sayin it seems like you are only watching NLs perspective if that's how you feel.

NL being stingy over that first vault and spending 3 bombs cost him like 6+ bombs, also use your bombs more freely dude its about score and you always have plenty of bombs remaining, have 40 on the second floor is amazing when you consider you still have the blackmarket etc. Also collect the golden idols and definitely should be ghosts as many vaults as possible! Each vault is min 60 and i think max 80k so two vaults are already worth more than defeating yama if not around the same mark! Edit: also picking up and dropping bombs again increases their blast radius, cant remember if you can do that with sticky bombs but definitely worth a shot

Amazingly, I think getting hit by the tiki trap when he fell on the yama fight saved his life. For those of you who don't know, fall damage scales in spelunky, so if you theoretically fell from the top of a level to the bottom it does 99 damage. I think the fall from the very top of the level would've done all of his HP if the fall damage wasn't canceled by the tiki trap damage
