The Tom Aikens Charity Cooking Challenge was created to help raise funding to support our members during the Covid-19 crisis. During the summer, over 200 participants took part in cooking a meal in five minutes, sharing their videos on social media with #FiveMinuteFeast and #HospitalityAgainstHomelessness and donating £5 to the Hospitality Against Homelessness campaign which raised £5000.
The Cookbook will be launched this Autumn and will feature 50 recipes, along with a unique QR code which will take readers to the original video of the dish being made by both celebrated professional chefs and the general public.
The funds raised from the sale of the book will be used to help support 250 vulnerable people into work in the hospitality industry.
