I thrive on Caiti's videos. I can relate to the acne part, I dont have as much as I used to but in 7th and 8th grade I had so much! I started getting acne in 5th grade 😭😭 also I feel just like you about makeup, I take medication and vitamins but I still get acne and I dont like wearing makeup. I never did and I never cared about it until I did. 💗

My biggest thing I always think when im insecure about my skin, is do I ever look at someone else's and judge their skin? NO you don't even bat an eyelid so try and think nobody does that to your skin either! as hard as it is, its a natural thing and never ever been embarrassed ITS OKAY! and once you realise its okay its not so scary anymore!

As someone who has struggled with acne for the past 7 years (I’m the same age as cati) I always used to hate when people would say “just wash your face or get a new face wash” like do you not think I’ve tried that, thankfully my acne has cleared up within the last couple years

Yup! People don’t get why acne strugglers do so much to get rid of acne until they get acne. I had a giant argument with someone on tiktok today about accutane. Cause their argument was so dumb, I had to tell them the real facts. Accutane was a life saver for me after struggling for 5 years lol

Caiti! If your derm hasn’t recommended Spironolactone before for a medicine for acne, I would ask. I’m sure you have probably discussed this but it was what saved me and my confidence. I was an early bloomer and struggled with such horrible cystic acne and I didn’t want to do Accutane. So, we tried Spiro.

Aww caiti, I understand the acne thing so much. But now that you aren't feeling makeup, maybe get into skincare. I highly reccomend korean skincare which is cheap and really high quality. Also with or without makeup, I will always think you are beautiful
