That is completely unhealthy but she does do it sometimes like every human being, she doesn't try to fake things, she lives the moment and brings us with her along

To the people that say they want to be this productive, I would recommend doing an activity (for example running on the treadmill or waking up at 5am) and force yourself to do it for at least 5 minutes. Starting an activity is the hard part so after those 5 minutes you'll start getting into the swing of things. BUT if after those 5 minutes your still like "I'm dead I hate this" then listen to your body and stop doing the activity. You can always come back to it later. Hope this helps!
