Your friend’s dress is lovely and suits her well. As for blowing around in the wind, I believe you can buy something called “dress weights” to add to the bottom of the skirt. At least I remember that was a thing long ago when younger. I enjoy your videos and am happy and excited for you to be living your dream!

I’ve heard that happens A LOT to foreign women in Korea. And EVERYONE tells me stay the f away from them it’ll never end up nicely so yeah to all my girls out there, be aware of Korean gentlemen that approach you out of the blue in the streets of Korea.

Yeahhhhh there have been times where it was very uncomfortable~ But I've also had times where they just want to talk in Korean and ask me why I came to Korea and why I like Korea~ They they say something like "study hard!! enjoy your time in Korea!" and they leave~ It's not always bad~ It's just that.. you have to be aware~ 🥲

Aaaawww I always enjoy your “take me with you” videos. You just have a very inviting aura. Even I would love to spend a day with you! The best part of this video was figuring out the word “alley” as if English wasn’t your native tongue. It was hilarious! That cracked me up. Thanks again for taking me with you. I love that place. I’ve been there about 4 times. I was shocked to find out that the entire place is built without a single nail to hold the buildings together. Btw, did you see the dragon that lives in the water? The one that guards the palace. He’s huge, right? If you didn’t see him then it means you weren’t a threat so he didn’t have to show himself. 😉

Even walking around the stream with him didn’t seem creepy to me since he was clearly a senior citizen and we were talking about cultural differences and studying Korean~ but still.. Frankly. Phone number in Korea is not considered as a piece of critical personal information. We can find the car owner's phone number on the car's windshield. Mostly they don't care about giving the phone number to other people. bearly used for crime. So if someone asks you to give your phone number doesn't mean that guy or girl crushed on you or has a special intention. Probably they would send political or religious or marketing messages to you then just block that number. Nothing going to happen.

For me, it's not about losing my privacy - I'm just an introvert and don't want random people contacting me unless it's for business reasons or because I actually want to become friends with somebody. natalia, i recommend you guys visiting 창덕궁 which is near 경복궁 next time. Since 경복궁 is designed to be mainly "the office" of the king, it isn't as pretty as compared to 창덕궁 which is where the families lived lol many more photo spots!

I know that this is off topic of the video but I wanted to ask you this on one on your recent youtube uploads. So im a beginner at learning Korean, I havnt even started learning vocab yet but will in maybe a week or so. Anyways, i;m a Junior in highschool and plan on going to Korea at maybe 18 or 19 (currently 16). So, do I learn to read or write first? I know that pronunciation is one of the most import things let alone maybe the most important when learning a language. But, idk if i should learn to pronunciate early on and then learn to write or if I should learn to write so I can talk to Native Koreans online and then slowly progress to speaking. What do you think?

I know this is not an academic nor really a truly cultural request. I think everybody has noticed that since your arrival in Korea you have just become -- well even more amazingly gorgeous. I think at least the ladies watching could agree that we all would love to know how you get your look -- the perfect skin, the amazing hair curls, the flawless makeup. I have to figure you have taken to heart the best of K beauty, but honestly as a fellow foreigner (from Houston) any tiny nuggets of info would be appreciated for those of us who could only begin to hope to attain such a look. Yes, it is true that the main reason for watching your adventures is to learn what we can about a place that most of us will only ever dream about visiting, let alone living there. Maybe in another 20 years when I retire I could consider a summer home -- well, at least in my dreams. Another thought. You love Korea and I think Korea loves you back. May you find a nice gentleman of your own age one of these days who just sweeps you off your feet and you never have to leave Korea again. Honestly, you were meant to be there and all the best wishes for you and all success in your studies. Have you considered studying theater? It would be amazing to see you break into Korean movies, TV, and/or theater. For that I think it depends on what kind of area you’re in and how close you are to other people. My Korean friends remove their masks for pictures if we’re outside and very few people are around. Otherwise they keep them on for pictures. I haven’t noticed any looks from people because they seem to do the same thing~
