A little bit of advice on Lila’s sleep as my daughter is a similar age and did the same for a bit. If the 2 hour wake window is usually a lot shorter than what she can do in the morning she’s likely treating the first nap like an extension of her night sleep. So it’s almost like it’s a split night rather than an early wake. Maybe have a play around with extending amount of time awake or capping her day sleep and see if that helps provide more sleep pressure to get her to 5 or 6 instead x
