Thank you so much Gaby for another enjoyable spend the day with me vlog. Always great to see your mother in the vlog too. I can’t believe I never knew Starbucks offer Filter Coffee & Free Refills!! I will be having some of that most definitely next time I’m in. The eye massager was brand new to me as never ever seen or heard of one before, at first I thought it was a VR headset. I was very impressed with it. Definitely a great gift for Christmas. I also agree with what Holly was saying about the darker nights pulling in so fast, I think it’s so depressing. Also remember Gaby you still need to relive the Toffee Nut Latte next time you’re in Starbucks 😉 Always appreciate everything you do for us Gaby 😊

I love watching your vlogs, you have no pretence or ego…just a working mum and wife. Unfortunately I cannot join your coffee mornings, I am at work! Would you recommend the eye mask? I do suffer with headaches, dry eyes and soreness…so this mask could be of benefit. 😊

I always look for ways to deal with migraines by what I eat, drink, etc. Also, if I don't get enough sleep on a consistent basis I will get some headaches, even some nausea and digestion problems. In the past I would not drink enough water throughout the day and I'd get dehydration headaches. The aches happen for a reason, you just have to look for natural ways to deal with them. I stay away from pharmaceutical drugs. I always look for natural ways to deal with ailments. ☺️ I go to Earth Clinic and look up what people test out themselves, then try it myself.
