That’s not a rubbish 10km time! If I was you, I would focus on slower running and keeping your HR low. I have the same injury problems at the moment and it’s so frustrating but it always seems to flare up more when I try and run a faster pace! X

Zie understand your annoyance ref the running but as you say you have been doing other exercise - also you have been job hunting, apartment hunting & moving whilst Danny has been away - that is alot so do not be so hard on yourself.
