One thing about Molly-mae, she's always straight up honest, transparent and doesn't hide anything. If everyone watched your vlogs, they'd see how misunderstood you seriously are and it's so annoying seeing the picture painted of you everytime when you couldn't be further from that

I have a severe form of PMS called PMDD + Endometrosis. PMDD is a severe form of PMS that caused horrible mental health symptoms. Going through it right now and I’m so glad you posted this video because it made me feel better. I cannot imagine the pressure you go through. I talk about calories and losing weight all the time in my channel bc my channel is about my weight loss journey and mental health recovery. I think people need to be responsible for their own issues personally. I struggle but if something triggers me I just simply don’t watch it. Give yourself love girl ❤️

Pelvic disease cannot be addressed with weight control. It’s genetic and very complex. For many women, the stress of trying to control your weight can be more detrimental to overall gynaecological health. Many women who go on a weight loss journey find there periods disappear. Pelvic disease effects us all. Thin, straight sized and fat. It’s not weight dependant. I too am an endo sufferer and work with endo specialists all over the UK for my job. Health and weight is not a choice, It’s genetic. There are things we can do to support our overall health but your body will constantly fight against you if it’s natural set weight is being manipulated. If you need to count calories or follow a diet plan to loose or maintain weight, that isn’t your natural set weight and is detrimental to your physical and mental health, including gynaecological health.

Thanks for being so transparent Molly! I understand and appreciate your situation, but there’s no such thing as good and bad foods! Finding a balance in life is so hard, but just because you’re different one day to the next doesn’t mean you’re doing anything wrong or bad. I love that you’re listening to your body. I only started working out for my mind not body goals in the summer and honestly the switch was insane mentally. I hope your day goes well ❤️

TW: Thank you for acknowledging these pressures around food, for me personally I’m in recovery for an ed, and I have similar inner conflict with myself. I’ve been trying to change my perspective around food being “good” or “bad” but rather just fuel for the body, and like you said we go through cycles where we crave junk food, and I think it’s a form of self-care to treat yourself, especially in those low moments like pms.

Evening Molly, I’m watching you tonight, you are talking about period and I’m going into hospital tomorrow for a hysteroscopy, that’s the difference in our ages. There are so many things I wanted to address first all the BS you got for making a comment about “24” hours etc. Molly I have noticed we live in a society that NEVER is happy unless they are tearing someone down. All I would say is IGNORE it. Secondly I’m so sorry you and Tommy were burgled and had to move. And finally people asking about whether you buy expensive items now after being robbed. How weird people are!!! In my opinion. You and Tommy are happy living your lives to suit yourselves, you have both been kind enough to allow the public in, I’m grateful for that, as I love watching you both. Whether you buy items that are a PENNY or a THOUSAND POUNDS is nobody’s business, you earned it, do with it as you wish. Thank you for allowing me to watch your life unfold. The only advice I can offer you is, if you can be anything, BE KIND which I know you both are. Enjoy your evening I hope the pains go. Love from Ireland 🇮🇪 💚💚💚💚💚💚
