Hello Paige. I recently finished, for the third time, a book set in a small Cambridge college in the 1930's. I have been so taken with this volume that I ordered a Cambridge University t-shirt. I then looked for videos which would take me around both the town and the colleges. Your channel popped up as a potential site two days ago and I have been binge-watching ever since. You are a delight and a fine example. My own three children, all older than yourself, are very much brought to mind when I watch your presentations. Excellent work! Black is way better in a winter coat than a lighter colour such as grey. I regretted my choice of light blue and now finally own a black coat again. So you have chosen very well. 👍🏻😉

I also work in a professional firm advising clients. Early in my career, my boss told me a "secret:" in any given client meeting, you likely have more technical knowledge than the client. So this should give you confidence leading discussions, etc. When in doubt, use words like "generally" and "in most cases," and say "let me confirm and get back to you." My boss forbade saying "I don't know."
